When you work with me to buy your home, you'll find that I'm an education-first agent. I don't want you to waste any time spinning your wheels looking at homes that won't work for you, or getting offer after offer rejected. (Ugh, it's the worst.)
First, we'll have a meeting to talk about your goals. Then, I'll help you partner with a great local lender who we will work with to formulate a plan to meet those goals. I'll then walk you through the process and the paperwork so that you understand them before we're under the pressure of needing to submit an offer. Together, we will go through my Strongest Offer Worksheet so that we can go into this thing with a plan of attack!
Let's focus your time and energy on writing compelling offers on great homes so we can avoid the dreaded "offer rejection" call. (Seriously, let's do what we can to avoid that.)
Every Step of the Way
My Goal is that we get you into your next home with as much knowledge & preparedness, and therefore as little stress as possible. I provide you with a buyer's guide, a workflow cheat sheet, and then continue to guide you with a "what's next" email at every new stage of the process so you are never left to question what happens next.
I am not what you might call a "pushy salesperson", because I'm always looking out for you. My clients' best interest is always my priority and I deeply care about your experience when working with me.
After you're in your home
Once you're in your new home, I don't leave you to fend for yourself! I'm your "Realtor for life" and am always a quick call away from providing you with resources for your new home. I love to surprise and delight past clients with cards, occasional gifts, and invites to exclusive events so that you know I am always here for you when you need me. I also have a Client Referral Program so that when you tell your friends and family how much you loved working together, I make a donation to a favorite local charity.
